Where is my case???

As cool as these cases look, the customer service is seriously lacking. Zero communication on an order placed over a month ago! I have reached out to Jake about the lead time which wouldn’t be a big deal if they were to explain the hold up. But Nothing! No response what so ever! Wait I take it back, they did communicate asking how I like the phone case I ordered and doubled down with some emails about hurrying up to take and vantage of a discount. Nice. Thanks for that…
There are plenty of other phone cases made in the USA with much better service. This review is due to the fact that they again reached out to ask how I’m enjoying the case. Come on man! The tracking number still says usps is STILL waiting to receive the package so it can be delivered…

Never received it

I ordered my case on 1/21/25. $39 was charged to
My account. I have never received my order. It was order #55632. I have emailed every email for this company that I can find with no reply’s. On3/4/25 I received an email saying it was being shipped. The tracking number is showing that the USPS is want to receive the order.
