READ BEFORE BUYING

I received my iPhone 16 Pro Max Flag case (37 days after being charged for it) on March 14 and I have encountered the following problem:
-the magnet for the mag safe compatibility is very weak, preventing me from attaching my iPhone with case to my bedside charging stand, my camera grip, my slim wallet attachment and my mag safe power bank.

This is my 5th flag case, with the last 2 being mag safe compatible and working flawlessly when attaching my accessories (both had very strong magnets).

I was hoping that this was simply some sort of a manufacturing mistake and I emailed Kasemakers at multiple email addresses to inform them of the issue and request a replacement but have received NO RESPONSE.

It’s too bad as the cases themselves are pretty awesome at protecting a phone, but without a strong magnet the new case is relatively useless to me.

MagSafe failure

MagSafe works poorly on upright iPhone stand from Anker. The phone charges, but the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the phone through the wooden case. It falls off. Will be going back to my old case.

Where is my case???

You guys probably shouldn’t t be asking me how I’m enjoying my case when I haven't received it in over a month. I’ve reached out to Jake and get zero response. Even an automated one would be better than nothing.
